H2H is a creative agency that works with multidisciplinary teams, dealing with Communication and Marketing projects, Digital Business and multi-canal strategies. For the 2019 edition of Brand Revolution Lab, H2H worked with Mercedes-Benz for the creation of a special high-quality packaging for the celebration of Mercedes-Benz Oil. Ideology realized a video presentation for the product.

THE CHALLENGE

The commemorative packaging holds the special bottle of O-I: logo, naming and product information have all been realized with a very elegant digital relief printing. The bottle is also embellished with an iconic black handprint that simulates the dirty, expert hands of a mechanic. Elegance and a minimalist style were the key elements that we had to consider for the video.

THE SOLUTION

In order to make the product strike with impact, we set up a really bare, dark background for the bottle, so that it would stand out as the real protagonist. The product is displayed with great care for details, using fast cuts and attractive close-ups, to highlight the distinguishing features of the bottle and the leather box. The dynamic and appealing final outcome was achieved through the skilfull use of rotations and light effects.
